Good Good Energy Inc. operates goodgoodgum.com and sells energy gum directly to customers. We are based in Canada and operate in accordance with applicable Canadian and Quebec law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of your order is final for that order. Product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided in good faith and may be updated as our formulations improve.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and we accept major credit cards. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

5. Subscriptions

Our Subscribe & Save program is managed by Appstle Subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly basis. There is no minimum commitment: you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your customer account, or by contacting us. Cancellations made before your next billing date take effect for the following order.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States. Delivery estimates given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product design, and copy — is the property of Good Good Energy Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our products are sold as is. While we stand behind the quality of our gum, individual results vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have any concerns about caffeine, speak with a healthcare professional.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Good Energy Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the judicial district of Laval, Quebec.
